Changing Your Login Name

If you feel that you made a mistake choosing the login name that your
World Account was setup with, you may change it.  Simply submit your
request to staff via telephone.  

Login names must consist of up to eight characters, where characters
are letters or numbers only, and the login name you choose must not
already be in use on The World.

Please be aware that changing your login name may mean that mail sent
to your original login name will bounce once that login name is
replaced with a new one for you.  Therefore, you may want to request a
mail alias that will redirect mail sent to your original
login name to your new login name.
