Choosing the Gold Plan

If you are a postal billing customer and you request the Gold Plan to be effective at the beginning of next month, please send in a payment of any outstanding monies owed plus the $19.89 pre-payment for the Gold Plan as soon as possible. If you request the Gold Plan to take effect immediately, you must send in a payment of any oustanding monies owed plus the $19.89 pre-payment for the Gold Plan for both the current and next months. Please be sure to include a note with your payment requesting the Gold Plan and identifying your World account name (login name) and the months you are pre-paying for. Following this initial pre-payment process, your World account will be in sync with the billing cycle and will receive monthly invoices for your payments.

If you request the Gold Plan and you are a credit card customer, we will place a $19.89 charge to your credit card for the first month's Gold pre-payment immediately upon receiving notification that you want to change plans. Thereafter we will bill your credit card monthly for usage beyond the 100 hour allotment, for additional World services you have subscribed to, and for the following month's Gold pre-payment.

Once you select the Gold plan, you will automatically be billed at the Gold Plan rate each month unless you request to be returned to the Basic Plan.
