On March 22, 1996 my friend and room-mate, Peggy Wilson, suffered a mild stroke which was eventually discovered to have been brought on by ovarian cancer.
While she was recovering from the operation to remove the cancer, she had a second, more severe stroke which still challenges her to this day.
