Amy G. Lindsay Web Sites
In addition to this site, I have designed and maintained several
others (some of which are, sadly, no longer in existence.) Ones that
you can still visit are listed below.
This small theatre has a loyal following and a terrific creative
team.
This site started as an outgrowth of a mailinglist which
discusses works by the author Rafael Sabatini. We wanted to put as
much information on Sabatini in one place as a tribute to his works
and in hopes of getting others to rediscover him.
This site is devoted my my long (very!) journey making a quilt based
on the Jane Stickle quilt in the Bennington Museum in Bennington,
VT. In addition, I included information and "treats" which my
fellow members of the Dear Jane discussion group and I found useful
in making the quilt.
Class Web Sites
As part of my coursework for my Technical Writing Certificate,
I took both Introduction and Advanced DHTML
Advanced DHTML. (90-292-001) This site was developed for my
midterm. I have since remade it, correcting the prices and
scaling back the offering to use it as
my jewelry pages
Advanced DHTML. (90-292-001) The final for Advanced DHTML was to
include a number of things I knew I could not include in the live
Puppet Showplace site, such as XML, databinding (only rendered by
Internet Explorer 6 or higher), external style sheets, SSI, and
JavaScript.
Introduction to DHML. (90-292-001) I did not include all the
tutorials, additional cases and final projects for this course
because of the sheer number, however, you can get to those I did
put on this site through this page.
Samples of my technical writing can be found on
the Technical Writing page
Creative Writing samples can be found on the
Fiction & Poetry page.
