Norwell VNA Diabetes Support Group

Back to Basics
This session will feature an orientation on the group and its ongoing efforts to educate individuals on diabetes self-management and treatment options. Attendees will also get a preview of upcoming guest speakers and topics to be covered during the months ahead. There is no charge for this meeting and pre-registration is not necessary. Light refreshments will be provided. There is plenty of free, handicapped accessible parking.
